SITA: Sistema de Información Transversal de Área
SITA is a platform for implementing multi-department, multi-purpose Solutions (back offices), developed by DESIC for the Government of the Canary Islands and designed to optimise administrative deadlines, process automation, metadata-based document management and publication on Corporate Web Portals. It is a robust, flexible and highly configurable solution that meets the needs of multiple departments and administrative units.

Automated publication
Content can be published automatically on the Web Portal, speeding up dissemination and improving transparency.

Thanks to its modular architecture, SITA has been adapted to specific needs of the Government of the Canary Islands. BOS: Plataforma Integral para la Gestión de Subvenciones
BOS (Backoffice de Subvenciones) is a platform developed by DESIC for the Government of the Canary Islands, designed to efficiently manage the entire life cycle of grants under competitive bidding. Its modular and highly configurable architecture adapts to the different regulations and casuistry of each call, easing administrative work and improving transparency.
Configurable Management
Enables new calls to be implemented without programming: definition of regulatory bases, lines, phases, assessment criteria and rules for distributing amounts through an intuitive interface.
Advanced Calculation Engine
A powerful engine for assessing and scoring applications, including order of priority and determination of amounts, with programmed extensions when specific logic is required.
Integration with Case Managers
Integrates with different case management systems, document management platforms, email and databases.
Automation and Efficiency
Automated data capture, bulk document generation via templates, export and import of assessments and optimisation of repetitive tasks.
Multi-department and Scalable
Grant management by multiple administrative units, with data isolation and access control by profiles and roles; each unit has its own configurable and secure workspace.
